Document imaging problems

I receive faxes daily and view and print through Document Imaging. They are
received to the local PC and can be view over the LAN in the office.

Sometimes, not always, some of the images when viewed over the LAN will have
a portion of the page display properly, and then the reset of the page
displays as long streaks running down the page, like it got caught in the
feeder. But when viewed on the local PC, it is fine.

I can "save" the fax as a TIFF file to the desktop on the local PC and can
view it over the LAN just fine.

It doesn't happen offten, maybe 1-2 times a week. It is more of an
inconvenience than anything else and it is usually a junk fax anyway, but I
would like to get the issue resolved.

Can someone help me this.

I have observed this behavior occasionally myself, but it appears to be
more of a display hardware issue. A "page down", "page up" sequence will
display the page properly, and there is plainly nothing wrong with the
file. I have not ascertained if the resolution is what trips up the
display or what as it is an infrequent issue.
