Document is in colour but only shows as shades of grey

Using Publisher 2003 - have prepared document using colour - text boxes,
shapes etc but the screen only shows it in shades of grey.

Is your currently-selected printer set up to use colour?

Yes my printer is set to use colour. I have an Epson RX630. The print
preview shows colour but not the individual pages of the document when
creating or editing.
