We have created a policy manual in Microsoft Word 2000 as
a document that was to be placed on our intranet for
access by the entire department. We have decided to allow
read only access to the file in a shared drive.
Is there any way to enhance the Document Map?
Specifically to create a drop down type menu to click on
and expand for each Heading 1 group that will
automatically collapse when another Heading 1 group is
selected. Don't think everypne will get the concept of
expanding and collapsing each time they want to view
another policy.
