Document Recovery

I do not want to disable Document Recovery, but rather prevent it from
popping up whenever I open up an application in Office 2003 (primarily
PowerPoint). Is this possible?

If the Document Recovery pane is surfacing then that means PowerPoint
has a presentation for you to recover. Is it the same presentation
each time?

No, it is other documents that are there, but they do not need to be
recovered. It is from another user on the PC. I just want to "hide" the
screen. Thank you!!

The Document Recovery pane should only surface when there are files to
recover. Once you either recover them or exit the application then it
should not continue to surface.

If there are different documents listed each time then it sounds like
PowerPoint is not being exited correctly and the files are not being
saved and closed.

Perhaps you are talking about the Task Pane which, by default, is
located on the right side of the application? The Document Recovery
pane will appear on the left side.
