Does any one know if you can combine 2 contact lists and how?

I need to combine two contact lists into one, but can't find any information
of how to merge the two lists.

Open one, select all the entries with CTRL-A (you might have to click on one
first), click Edit>Copy to Folder, and specify the second as the
destination.
