Does Picture Manager Send to Outlook Express

Can Picture Manager send pictures directly to Outlook Express, or does the
system work only with Outlook? When I try to send pictures to email, the
share taskbar is grayed out. Advice in various forums as to whether Picture
Manager and OE are compatible seems mixed.

I know how to work around by exporting to an OE-compatible image format, and
then picking up the file from OE as an attachment, but it would be nice to
send it directly.

You are not able to send it directly to OE. You can get it when you are using OE as an attachment in Plain Text or as a direct insert when in HTML

Thanks, Peter. That's a bummer and something that should be "fixed."
Microsoft also should state the limitation right in the mechanics of the
software (don't just "gray out" the task pane).
