Does Publisher offer a viewer for non-Publisher users

We have a Home Owner Assoc. newsletter that I create in Publisher. The other
members of the newsletter comittee do not have Publisher on their PC's.
Is there a download viewer available so that I can forward them draft versions
of the newsletter each month?
I have to print and handout the draft's to each person right now.

There is no *viewer* for MS Publisher files.

One possible alternative would be a .pdf file.

Try this...

Download and install the following free PDF Creator.

PrimoPDF
http://primopdf.com/

With your new program installed...open your project
in Publisher and go to...File / Print.

On your Print screen...open the drop window and
select PrimoPDF as your printer.

Click...OK...now you will see the PrimoPDF screen
and you can browse to a save folder.

When you click...OK..your .pdf file will be created
in your save folder.

The resulting .pdf file can be viewed on any computer
that has the free Adobe Reader installed.

Try this page for information on how to make the file "viewable" to others
who do not have Publisher. I use the .PDF method that the other responder
talks about and like it a lot. However, not everyone has Adobe Acrobat
Reader either. But, that's a free download, so it is a good alternative.
