Does Publisher2000 have dictionary marks -- accent and separator .

My document requires listing words and their meanings as they appear in
dictionary. Does Publisher2000 have dictionary marks -- the accent and the
separator dots between syllables?

Most of them are there, insert, symbol... Best way to isolate the ones you want is to
open the character map and make a note of the keyboard shortcuts.
