Doing a Bar Graph

Hello
If i wanted to do a bar graph about a suvey i did and then wrote under the
bar graph about the survey. What program would i use in ofice to do this and
any hints on seting a bar graph out, thanks alot for any help.

Ive found out myself that its exel i need to be on but im lost in how to
actualy do the grapg. Ive clicked on the insert graph button thing but then i
dont know what to do from there, i just want bar graph nothing fancy
