I am creating a booklet .. landscape .. 2 columns per page .. I am trying to
type a name of an employee .......................... 123-4567 (as the
telephone number) .. I am trying to throw in my line of dot leaders to be
right justified .. to access dot leaders in Word 2007 I went to ALT-O-T ..
then I put in right & 2 and okay .. now what? :) .. how do I throw in my line
of dot leaders to be justified to the right? ..

I appreciate any & all help!

Suzanne,

I am at my first line ..

I have

Name .. I have gone to ALT-O-T and put in right & 2 .. and click ok .. the
option to click set it grayed out ..

Then when I click TAB & type the phone number .. the program tabs over (like
5 spaces) for me to type the number ..

Can you give me some direction on what I am doing wrong?

Thanks for the help .. I appreciate it ...

In the "Tab stop position:" box, you have to type in a right tab
measurement (presumably something like 4.25" in a two-column landscape
letter-size page with 1" left and right margins and 0.5" between
columns) before you can click on the Set button.

Clarification: After you press Alt+O T, in the "Tab stop position:"
box, you have to type in a right tab measurement (presumably something
like 4.25" in a two-column landscape letter-size page with 1" left and
right margins and 0.5" between columns) before you can click on the Set
button.
