Double-click no longer changed view.

While in slide sorter view, I used to be able to double
click on a slide and it would automatically change the
Normal view of that slide. Recently double-clicking a
slide no longer affects the view. Can I fix this?

Works here in PowerPoint XP.

Is there any chance that your mouse setting were changed? The double click
speed can be checked or set in the control panel under 'Mouse'. If this is
not the issue, please post back.

Good thought but I did check the double-click speed and it
was normal, not too fast. Any other thoughts?

What version, plus Service Pack, of PowerPoint is this? What version of
Windows? If you double click a text box (not the text), does the Format Text
Box dialog open? If you double click a chart, does the chart open for editing?
