Who can help me? I have the lastest version of office 2003, and when I type words in Word and use special signs like ~~ or ´´ word adds two instead of one For example n~~ao, should be a n a o over the a the sign ~~. Who knows the answer???

You need to use the correct shortcuts.

On my machine I need to type CTRL~ a to get the special mark. My
machine is set for English locale. If your machine is set for some
other locale or has a different keyboard choice, your shortcut might
be different.
