Double Spaced Signatures in Outlook

I can't figure out how to keep from having double spaces after each line of my signature when it is in HTML format. I
appears this way in email that is sent both internally and externally.

I am using Outlook 2003

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Use Shift+Enter instead of Enter at the end of each line.
