Down loading powerpoint slide show

Is there a way to down load a 6 page slide show
presentation without it taking 30 to 45 mins to do so?
Also does anybody know how to slow down the words during
the transition?

Number of slides doesn't tell us what the file size is. How large is the
file? From where are you downloading the file? What is the speed of your
connection? What transfer rate are you getting?
