Download of office 2007 beta

I downloaded office 2007 beta about 3 months ago. Unfortunantly, owing to a
virus on my computer, i had to restore my computer to its factory settings
which meant that I lost my programs for Office 2007.

I realise that there is now a charge for downloading these and am willing to
pay.

I go to the required site and fill in the necessary forms and it tells me
that my address is not correct.

I have check this address and IT IS CORRECT.

Any suggestions please

I would think that you have more than one email address, like most of us.
Try using another.
