i got 5 or more to download from office update web site. but after it
finished i got a message telling me that your download updates unsuccessfuly.

If these articles don't help, you'll need to be more specific in your post.
What version of Office, what operating system, and anything more specific
about the error, such as the actual error message and at what point in the
process it occurs. Also, anything you might have tried to resolve the
issue.

"Installation unsuccessful" error message when you try to install Office XP
SP3 from the Office Update Web site:

You cannot update your Office 2003 program to Service Pack 1:
