downloaded clip art is grainy

office Xp. Many of the images I download from the clip gallery are grainy.
This has only occurred recently - could it have something to do with service
pack 2?

Check your video driver, might need upgrading.
When you say many, does that mean only certain file types? Do the images print okay?
