Downloading office..

I have seen websites such as this one: expansionsoft.com that allow you to
download office and other software for dirt cheap. Are these legal? To me It
falls under that to good to be true category.

No it is not legal! I suggest you purchase Office at a nearby
store that sells computer software. Otherwise, you'll likely
give some unscrupulous person your credit card number
and you'll become a sad-sack victim of software piracy!

How come microsoft lets the download websites run, they require credit cards
to download, surely microsoft could purchase a download then trace the credit
card charge back to the merchant?? Is that possible?? or are these websites
that untouchable.
