Downloads in BMP or art format instead of preferable jpeg or jpg

Picture downloads are prompting to be saved in art format and bmp.
I need them to be in jpg as I used to have. This started yesterday. What
changes should I make to correct it

It's time to perform some routine computer maintenance:

Go to Start > Run and type: CLEANMGR.EXE , and hit enter.

If you are getting an option for .art files, I'm going to assume you have
AOL. Is that correct?
