Downsizing Pictures

F

Fred

In my business I do a lot of screen shots to show customers how to do things
or show my support folks what I am looking at. When I do a screen shot and
paste a screen shot into an email the picture is always too big. I try to
crop the picture but the right handles are too far right for me to grab. I
would like a pasted picture to be shrunk to 80% of it's original size as
default. Is there a way?

Thanks.

Fred,

I can't think of a default for your solution, If you
paste the screen shot into the Microsoft Photo Editor,
you can then resize the image by any percentage you like.
Just make sure that the image is still readable.
Steps to follow: Capture your screen shot, open MS Photo
Editor (located in programs file,Microsoft Office Tools),
click "Edit", select "Paste as new image", then
click "Image", "resize" select your persentage and click
OK. Now click "Edit" then "Copy". The new image is in the
clipboard ready to paste into your next email.
