Drag and Drop bug

All,

I can drag and drop an email from the inbox to a folder on my hard disk or a
network share but I cannot drag and drop an email from my inbox to a WEBDAV
folder, is this a bug?

I can drag and drop a file from my hard disk to the webdav, I can use file
save as from outlook to save the email to the webdav but no drag and drop.

I would consider this a bug with explorer, hence the crosspost, any
thoughts?

I am a developer and I can see what the bug is, I think its todo with the
clipboard data / data type.
