draw line on side of letter head

I created a letter head with text on the side of the page. How do i draw 1
line on the right hand side of the text to seperate this info from the rest
of the doc/

A drawing line anchored to the header is probably the best bet, though if
your text on the left is in a frame, you can apply a border to just the
right side.
