Drawing objects

I am trying to convert a drawing in Visio so that i can
move selected objects within the drawing such as chairs,
to various other places.
When i am converting this drawing their is a problem,
quite a few of the objects spread out and go outside the
boundaries of the drawing. the problem i am having is i
dont know where they come from exactly. Is there a way to
convert the drawing without this happening
