Drive Icons in File->Open

Currently we like to be able to assign custom icons in the left hand part of Dialogue Boxes which open from File->Open, File->Save

We know there is a way and we have tried it, but all we get is a yellow folder instead of the Drive icon, which is what we want

Does any body have any further information about these tweaks
