I would like the name of the drive int he path and filename field instead of
the drive letter. How to I show the drive name?

Instead of K:\Budget\august 2008 statement, I want acctpay:\Budget\August
2008 statement

It's certainly not a function of Word. But, your O/S help files will tell
you how.
