Drop Down Box Problems

I need to figure out a way to create a type of drop down box(es) that not only allow alot more text than is alloted by default but even more importantly allows multiple selections
For instance, the letter may require more than one item to be selected and to show on the final letter. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Forget drop down boxes of this type. You need to create a userform to
determine the type of letter and then use it to insert the required texts
according to what was entered. See
