Drop Down Boxes

I was wondering how you put a drop down box into a cell.

Also, if I have a List Box is it possible to format it so
that I can enter text directly onto the text box.

specific lines whenever you'd like.

not sure what you're trying to do. Could you explain this a little bit

I have a MultiColumn Listbox on my sheet. It has 5 columns
and I was wondering if there was a way to format the
Listbox so that I had 6 columns and the 6th column just
had lines (or something) and then I would be able to enter
text onto the lines. I can't just make is specific because
other people will be filling this out and they will all
have different answers.
