drop down menu template

i would like to make a menu so the user can pick their
state. do i need to add all 50 states to the menu or is
there an easier way to acheive this with a pre-made
template or something?

You'll need to add all 50 states.

After you have map of 50 states ......easy way to pick each state is to have
a hotspot hyperlink
1.. In Page view, at the bottom of the document window, click Design .
2.. Click the graphic that you want to add a hot spot to.
3.. Do one of the following:
4.. On the Pictures toolbar, click Rectangular Hotspot , Circular Hotspot
, or Polygonal Hotspot .
If the Pictures toolbar is hidden, right-click the graphic, and then click
Show Pictures Toolbar on the shortcut menu.

5.. On the graphic, drag to draw a rectangle, circle, or polygon. When you
release the mouse button, the Insert Hyperlink dialog box opens.
6.. Locate the file you want to link to, and then click OK.
