Drop-Down Menus

How do U create a drop-down menu in Front Page like the one on the demo? They used layers, Behaviors and some javascript.

You can do it yourself using Show/Hide Layers but it's tedious

Thanks for the help w/ the Drop-down menus but I'm having a problem adding the scripts to my behaviors task plane so I can use them. I downloaded them but can not find them in FP 2003.
