Drop Down Navigation Menus

I'm new to FP and have no knowledge (or understanding) of
HTML. I'd like to use drop down menus and found a couple
of sites that create the language. When I insert the
language into my page's HTML, however, the HTML text
appears in the background of my page along with the drop
down menu. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.

If you haven't done so already, it is best to copy and
paste into Notepad before copying and pasting into HTML
view.

If this doesn't work, then you may have missing tags.
