dropdown menu

when I try to paste 2 similar dropdown menu in one page I
get the following message
" your page contains duplicate form names, which will make
writing script more difficult.
Here is a list of the duplicate form names: AutoListbBox.
Do you wish to continue?"

saving the page is not working properly.
How can I avoid this?

You have to rename one of the forms.
