Dual Path

Is there a way in Project to schedule two different paths so once the path is
determined, the resource hours/tasks days for the other path is not counted
into the project (either one way or the other)? Hope the question makes
sense!

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup

Sorry, this is not possible in Project. You could include both paths,
but they would both be counted, but you could then delete the unwanted one.
