Hello:
Does someone have any idea why this is happening?
I have a user running Office XP and Windows XP. They
create a new outlook message, attach a word file and a
vcard (or sometimes a picture), when they send the
message, the recipient receives duplicate copies of the
Word document without any of the "non" Word files. I
checked their sent items and it has what was received by
the recipient (duplicate word files minus the other
files). It does not happen all the time - very
inconsistent. The user is very computer literate.
