At the drop-down list of names to select, highlight the
wrong one and click delete.

Remove the invalid one here:
Tools > E-mail accounts > View or change existing directories or address
books > Outlook Address Book > Change.
Note: Answer assumes Outlook 2002 or 2003. Post your Outlook version when
you have question. We can't read minds.
