A colleague and I have all the same contacts in our contacts folders. When
he has a discussion, or makes changes to the notes area, he emails me that
contact so that I can overwrite mine with the new changes. The problem is,
when I open the email and drag the contact into the "contacts" folder, it ads
it as a new one, and does not overwrite the existing one.
Is there a way to make this possible? I have checked the properties for the
Contacts folder, and yes, "Check for duplicate contacts" is checked, so I
don't understand why it ad's it as a new one. Can anyone answer this for me?
