duplicate email addresses that popup

When the "Business Fax" field in outlook is NOT empty, there are duplicate
email addresses that popup when you select the "To:" (in the "Select Names"
window) ???

Any idea how to eliminate these duplicate email addresses ? Just display
email addresses ONLY ?

In order to eliminate the "duplicate" addresses, you must place a non-phone
number in the "Business FAX" field. Many people put "FAX: " in front of the
number. This convinces Outlook that the field isn't an addressable field
and so Outlook doesn't display it.

Thanks, but if I do that, the fax function would be disabled...8-(

Any other workarounds ? Actually I'd tried looking on customising by using
design forms, but I could not find the "Select names" form after you pressed
the "To: " button.....
