duplicate emails

Hi,

I have in the computer of the office that i work in about 7500 messages in
the inbox and about 2000 in the sent which is not correct because there is
hundreds of duplicate emails has been created after mistakes from me when
import it from a cd backup.

So how can i delete all the duplicate email automatically, fast and for free
if possible.

The computer have Win98 - Office 2000 - Outlook express 6. i
