I am having a recurring problem with duplicate emails in my inbox on Outlook
2000 with Windows XP Pro. I keep recieving the same set of emails (90% of
which are spam) over and over again (they have the same date and time sent
each time). I have tried using Outlook Express instead of Outlook on the
same machine with the same result.
The only way I have found to get round the problem is to use a different
machine to read my emails (using Outlook Express and Windows 95). Then when
I go back to using my main machine it seems to temporarily sort itself out
for a few days until it happens again! Could a virus be causing the problem?
I am using a pop3 email account with ntlworld.
Any ideas anyone?
