Duplicate Emails

J

I have outlook 2000 & 2003 on an NT Network which appears to be sending
duplicate emails. They appear in the recipients mailbox immediately and then
5mins later as though they have gone out through Vpop and come back in from
the Pop Server.
I have checked that there are not duplicate contacts within the mail being
sent, and it only affects a few users on the network..

Anyone have some ideas

Thanks

JP

One of the many causes could be your email scanner. Try and disable you incoming\outgoing email scanner. You will still be protected.
