Duplicate Internet messages

Has anyone seen a problem with outlook using Internet E-
mail where outlook retrieves messages that were already in
the users mailbox. I have a few users with this problem
and it pops up monthly and they'll get 400 old messages.

What version of Outlook? I assume that these are POP3 accounts. If they're
using Outlook 2002, have them apply SP-3 when it is released (sometime this
month, I think). There were some fixes there that may help.
