Duplicate messages being received - help!

I am running Outlook 2002 at work, where I have 2 accounts
set up - one my own personal work email & one which is
shared between myself & other users for receiving/replying
to customer enquires etc. My problem is that every time I
send/receive, any new messages on the shared account are
received again, and again, and again.... None of my
colleagues also within this account/group receive emails
more than once. Any suggestions anyone?

Do you have a firewall on the client configured? Try disabling it as it. If
this solves your problem update and/or reconfigure the firewall.
