Hi,
I just started getting duplicate messages from a couple of senders, but not
from others.
I'm using Outlook 2003, and the problem seems to have started after I set up
a second Account in the same Profile. The two accounts use different POP
servers. So far, the duplicates are from senders in the other POP account.
Not all senders' messages appear as duplicates.
Duplicates only seem to occur with one or two senders whose mail is acted on
by sorting rules that move those messages from the Inbox folder to a
subfolder. Other messages that do not get sorted do not appear as
duplicates.
After searching earlier messages about this problem, I tried the suggested
solution: "I added Stop processing more rules" to the sorting rule.
It didn't work. The duplicates keep coming.
Any other ideas how to stop this annoyance?
