Duration units

How can I change the duration units so that when my sub-
tasks are added it is displayed in Hours instead of Days?

Go to Tools -> Options and click on the Schedule tab.
Under the list box "Duration is entered in..." change it
to hours and save as default and OK.

Kevin's solution will change the time formatting in the Duration column for
summary tasks only. If this is what you desire, then you are done. If you
wish to reformat all of your task Duration values, however, then click
Tools - Macro - Macros. Select the Format_Duration macro and then click
Run. Hope these two combined responses help you.
