DVD Trouble

My DVD drive will not recognize the Enterprise 2007 software disk. The error
is "Windows cannot read from this disk. The disk might be corrupted, or it
could be using a format that is not compatible with Windows. Am I needing
some sort of DVD software on my computer?

have you tried it in another drive? does the drive read any other discs
successfully?
