e-mail addresses

hukre

I have several e-mail addresses. Quite a number of e-mails I receive
show the same name in the "From" column as well as the "To" column.
How can I determine to which of my addresses the mail was sent?

Try using Automatic Formatting to add color to the text of the messages that
are received through one of your e-mail addresses, to distinguish them in
the Inbox list from the ones received through the other account. Click View
| Current View | Customize Current View, then click the Automatic Formatting
button. Add a new formatting rule, then click the Font button to change the
color, font style and font size, then click OK. Finally, click the
Condition button, and in the "Sent to" box on the Messages tab, type in your
e-mail address (the one you want colorized).
