I am having a problem getting links attached within outlook to open.
Example if http://www.cnn.com is in the message and I click it nothing
happens. I do not use a pop killer. If I use my other computer it opens
fine. Any ideas on where to find the setting that enables/disables this
feature?

What version of Outlook do you use?
What is your Operating System (Windows98, WinXP, etc)?
Do you use Word as your email editor?

1) You Cannot Open New Internet Explorer Window or Nothing
Happens After You Click a Link:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q281679&sd=tech

2) Try checking your Options:

Open your TOOLS menu in Outlook
Select OPTIONS...
Select the SECURITY tab

Check the "Zone" text box. If it is set for
RESTRICTED SITES change it to INTERNET

3) W2K: Are you locked down too tight? Are you able to save
things into your "temp" file area? etc...
