E-mail attachments

I am unable to open files when they have downloaded from e-mails. It appears
that the attachments are being opened but don't show up on file.

I am unable to open files when they have downloaded from e-mails. It appears
that the attachments are being opened but don't show up on file.

This question actually belongs in an Outlook newsgroup (assuming that's what
you're using for Email). You should also mention the versions of Word and
Windows. Security measures in some versions of Office require you to first save
an attachment to disk, then top open the saved file.
