Troubleshooting e-mailing pictures
Trying to e-mail pics through Office picture manager. I select pictures and
click "Create Message" and a message pops up.
"The message could not be created. If Outlook is running, make sure it has
no open dialog boxes, and then try again."
I don't have Outlook running at all. Please help. I was able to send some
last week and have not changed any settings.
