How do I set Outlook 2002 to automatically download my e-
mail when the application is opened? Thank-you!

Tools>Send/Receive Settings>Define Send/Receive Groups>Check "schedule an
automatic send....." and set how often you want to do it. Then it will
check on startup and every x minutes thereafter.

automatic send/receive every xx minutes.
