E-mail with a Virus

I cannot delete an e-mail with a virus of some sort. I moved it to my delete
file, but it won't delete on closing, other deletes are not deleted either.
I ran a Virus scan and "none was found". When I click on it to delete it it
automatically shuts down the Outlook program and sends notices to Microsoft.
Any suggestions???
